My Oodzy Sunglasses are defective, what can I do?
If the product we shipped to you has any defects, send us clear pictures of the defect, as well as the product code and order number, to email@example.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
The shipment I received is not what I ordered. What can I do?
If you received an incorrect shipment, send us a picture of the items you received, along the product code, order number and any other references to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24 hours.
What return policy is there for my Oodzy sunglasses?
Oodzy offers a free 14 days return policy. From the shipment delivery date, you have 14 days to return your order. To return your sunglasses, send us an email to email@example.com with your order number. We will respond within 24hours.
What quality control does Oodzy subject its products to?
Our products are manufactured in Europe and follow rigorous standard quality procedures. The lenses we use are UV400 protected and made following the European Community Directive 89/686/EEC.
