We sometimes use third party websites and apps and we make try to make sure that they are compliant with our privacy statement but this privacy statement does not cover these third party apps and websites. We cannot held responsible for these third party websites and apps. Although we do not control these third party apps and websites we will take actions if we discover these websites and apps are not working according to our privacy statement.

By submitting you data you agree that we can use these data in connection to your purshase or use of the services of oodzy.
The personal information that oodzy may collect might include your full name, username, password, email address, age, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, credit card and debit card numbers, personal preferences, and any other personal information that you choose to include in your profile summary, or in other communications to oodzy. . You agree that you have the right and authority or have obtained all necessary consents to provide any information, including any personal information of another individual, which is provided by you to oodzy, for example if you make a purshase for somebody else. This also includes that people under 16 years of age need the consent of their parents to order products from oozdy.com or subsidary websites.
Agreeing on these terms means that we cannot repay you your order unless you have a written proof of fraude after the 30 days return policy ends. This proof needs to be provided by the authorities or financial institutions.

Protection of your information
oodzy wil do it's outmost best to protect your personal data. To get your payment details we use SSL that leaves only the last 4 digits visible of your creditcard details at the checkout. SSL is a software that incripts your details so they are not completely visible. This means that oodzy.com does his best to keep your payment details protected. However be aware that the internet is a big place that is not completely safe. Leave your details not unintended and stay at your computer troughout the checkout proces. The whole payment process is taken care off by Mollie and shopify.

Use of Klarna payments (Pay later or pay on slices)
Buy now – pay after you’ve received your goods!
In cooperation with Klarna, we’re delighted to offer you payment via invoice as a payment method. With Rechnung you never need to disclose your account details, and you only pay after you’ve received your goods. So you can buy online in a more simple and safer way.

Please note that Rechnung can only be used by consumers. Your payment is to be made to Klarna to which we assign your claim.
Costs and Fees
An invoice fee of 0 € is charged per purchase. If you are in delay, Klarna can claim for each reminder compensation for the damage caused thereby by way of a lump sum of 1.20 €. You are entitled to prove that Klarna had no or only a lower damage.
