Oodzy sunglasses are shipped worldwide for free with 60 days money back guarantee. All orders include tax.
Upon completion of the online purchase, a notification email will be sent to your address confirming your order. Should you not receive an e-mail or if you are unsure your order came through as intended, please send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 24 hours to assist as needed.
Oodzy accepts payment via VISA, PAYPAL & MasterCard for all international orders. Orders in Belgium and the Netherlands can also be paid using Bancontact & iDeal. For orders in Germany, we also accept Sofort.
When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
All prices include shipping and taxes. Prices are calculated in euro. Please note our price does not include potential import taxes, which must be covered by the customer.

Select your currency, price includes shipping. Additional import taxes and custom clearances are not included. This must be covered by the customer.

Shipping will take between 1 and 10 business days excluding Sundays and public holidays in Europe and between 5-10 business days worldwide.For Europe, shipping will take between 1 and 10 days. For the rest of the world, it will take between 1 and 10 days. Oodzy sunglasses are shipped using Bpost in Belgium, PostNL in Holland, Deutsche post in Germany and USPS in USA.
Oodzy sunglasses can happily be returned within 60 days from the day of reception. To return your items, drop us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your address, your order number, and date of purchase. We will contact you and send you the adequate documents to ship your parcel back. The documents will be provided in the following countries; Belgium, Germany, France, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Netherlands, UK, Poland, Greece* Rest of the world please contact us and we will provide the details to send back the parcel
Returned items must be in mint condition to be returned.
Please note Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We offer a refund of the purchased items if they are in mint condition. Note that taxes are non refundable and this will be deducted from the initial purchase. This is to cover the cost of returning and stocking the goods. This will be stated on the refund note.

If your goods are defective please inform us on email@example.com and we will send you back the instructions of returning the goods.
